Reservations - We require a 2-night minimum stay; Christmas Holiday (HOL), a 5-night minimum applies; for all other holidays, 3-night minimum.

Rates $235/night except for special rates below, add $75 cleaning fee for less than 3 nights

SB = $325/night Spring Break (March 10-March 30)
Jul = $295/night 4th of July (July 2 - 7)

MEM =$365/night Memorial Weekend (May 22-May 31th)

Hol = $435/night Christmas holiday only (Dec. 15 thru' Jan.6).

Prices are effective as of January 1, 2011.

Deposits -

	To secure a reservation, we require a 2-night deposit within 7 days of booking, This may be done via MasterCard, Visa or personal check; the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
	All holidays require a 3-night minimum stay.
	For Christmas reservations, half the total is due within 7 days of booking; the balance is due by Nov. 1 (for reservations made after Nov.1, the full amount is due within 7 days of booking).
	Security Deposit of $200.00 is required for all reservations. This can be in the form of a credit card or a check. This will be returned to you once the unit has been cleaned and inventoried after you leave.
	All sales subject to tax (13.1875%).

Refunds - There are no refunds. In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, you may use any money deposited to stay at another time within a 1 year period at then current rates.

There are no exceptions to our refund policy.

SORRY...ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED
(If you have a pet with you when you arrive, you will not be allowed to stay in our units. If we find that you brought a pet without telling us, there will be a $200.00 fine plus cleaning charges.)
